Kodu Design’s principal and lead interior designer, Merike Mighell, strives to deliver excellence in the design of the interior environment. Creating functional, interesting spaces that combine timeless forms with inviting textures and honest materials is her signature. She’s an intuitive thinker with proven ability to add value and exceed client expectations. After graduating from the Toronto Metropolitan University School of Interior Design in Toronto ON Canada, Merike moved to the west coast in 1993 and quickly established herself as a contributor to several award-winning design teams. Merike founded Kodu Design in 2005. Based in the Vancouver BC area, Kodu Design serves the Pacific North West and beyond. At Kodu, we are enthusiastic about contributing, collaborating, and putting to very good use our significant experience in the residential, multifamily residential, commercial and hospitality sectors of interior design.
